Don't despair if the URL (Uniform Resource Locator, otherwise known as a web site address) you want is not currently available. You might be able to snag it. How? Use a service like GoDaddy.com's Domain Alert-Backordering.

Such a service will monitor the registration status of your desired URL. You receive periodic updates informing you of any changes, e.g., whether or not the owner has re-registered their URL by the expiration date. When the URL is available the service automatically purchases it for you.

I used GoDaddy's service recently to purchase mlm-business-leads.com, which was not available when I started my mlm leads review site, mlm-business-leads.net

GoDaddy's service costs $18.95, which includes monitoring the URL and the registration fee. If your desired URL does not become available, you do not lose your money--at least not if you have more than one URL you want. You cannot receive a cash refund but you can switch your backorder to another URL at no additional cost.
