VarTec Files for Chapter 11, Seeks to Help Sales Reps
This article on PhonePlusMag.com (click link above to go to article) is important because VarTec owns Excel Communications, one of the most successful MLM companies of the 1990's.
Rumor has it that another network marketing company is negotiating with VarTec to buy Excel. Let's hope that happens because traditional corporations often mess it all up when they try to run a MLM company. Best for VarTec to throw in the towel and put some pros back at the helm of Excel.
