Mannatech, Incorporated Declares Dividend

COPPELL, Texas--(BUSINESS WIRE)--March 9, 2005--Mannatech, Incorporated (Nasdaq:MTEX) today announced that its Board of Directors declared a quarterly cash dividend of $0.07 per common share payable on Friday, April 15, 2005, to all shareholders of record at the close of business on Friday, April 1, 2005. This will be the second dividend paid by the Company this year. The declaration follows this week's record sales and earnings announcement of $0.71 earnings per share fully-diluted for the year ended 2004. The dividend reflects Mannatech's continued growth in earnings, as well as its on-going commitment to encourage long-term investment in its common stock.
